Sports building benefit

Provision of benefit to sports buildings (all private sports facilities who have the sports building conformation certificate, issued by Tallinn Sports and Youth Department and who rent their facility to sports clubs in Tallinn's capitation fee system, can apply for the benefit).

Fill out the form that is available here. Obligatory additional materials:











  • Last year's balance sheet and income statement.







  • Copy of a document that certifies the right of ownership of usage of the building.







  • Certification from the management or from an authorised person that the applicant’s assets have not been sequestered and no liquidation proceedings have been initiated or bankruptcy orders have been issued.

Application reception confirmation
You should receive an automatic notice to your e-mail address that confirms the acceptance of the application.
 
Result
1. Based on the committee’s decision the department director will decide on allocation or denial, the amount of the benefit and benefit allocation conditions.2. A contract for benefit allocation to the building's owner or manager from Tallinn's budget will be concluded with the applicant.3. A report will be submitted within one month after the benefit period has ended.





 
What to do when the result is unsatisfactory:
Pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act it is possible to submit a challenge to the directive or to contest it in Tallinn Administrative Court (Pärnu mnt 7, Tallinn 15082) within 30 days since the directive has been communicated.
