It is possible to apply for the benefit, following the publication of the stage for project applications of 2009.
  1. Study the forms:
    - the application form
    - the revenue and expenses budget appendix to the application
  2. Study additional conditions:
    - main topics of the projects in the project contest
    - additional conditions of the project

    - benefit use report
    - financial report appendix to the benefit use report
