Challenges concerning decisions on fine for delay will be submitted to the Tallinn Transport Department.

Log in to http://www.parkimine.ee/ Identify your identity by choosing from a variety of options: the ID-card, Mobile-Id or Internet banks Swedbank, SEB, AS Eesti Krediidipank. Choose “Trahvide ajalugu” (History of fines) from the menu. Study the digitally signed decision of the fee for fine for delay and photos of motor vehicle or trailer. If you think that the decision of the fee for fine for delay violates your rights, then click the button "Esita vaie” (Submit the challenge). Fill out all the fields in the form for submitting the challenge and send it to the Tallinn Transport Department by clicking the button “Esita vaie” (Submit the challenge).
