Submit the form that is available here. Bring the application to the office of the Tallinn Education Department at Estonia pst 5a, third floor. All information about granting the benefit to the projects of non-profit organisations is available here.

Have an identity document with you.
 
What to do with the form
Give it to a customer service employee.
 
Result
The committee reviews applications once a month. The applicant will be notified of the committee's decision in writing. Granted benefits are available here.
