Benefit for training directed towards apartment associations

Allocation of training benefit for apartment associations. The benefit can be applied once per calendar year for one training organised by the Estonian Union of Cooperative Housing Associations, one training organised by the Association of Estonian Facilities Administrators and Maintenance Professionals and one training organised by the Tallinn Union of Cooperative Housing Associations.
