The aim of the service is to guarantee round-the-clock care in a general care home for the elderly living alone, who cannot cope only when provided general nursing care. In a general care home the person will be monitored round-the clock, the person will have medicinal products prescribed by the doctor, medical help, meaningful leisure time possibilities and healthy food. Transferring to care home is executed through the social welfare committee of Nõmme District Administration.
