Infant's care pack is given: to the child of the parent provided that both parents of the child were citizens of Tallinn before the birth of the child and according to the Population Register at least one of the child's parents has lived in Tallinn for one year before the child was born to the child's carer in the family based on care provision contract, if according to the Population Register the child is a citizen of Tallinn to the child's guardian if according to the Population Register the child and the guardian are citizens of Tallinn ... Where to start
  • The service is provided at a birth clinic
  • If your child was born elsewhere, the parent, carer or guardian will receive the infant’s care package from the women’s clinic of AS Lääne-Tallinna Keskhaigla when presenting the child’s birth certificate. The description for the infant's package in 2010 is available here.
