The application is submitted to the City Enterprise Department as a digitally signed electronic document or on paper with a signature, together with an electornic copy. The application is signed by a person having the authorisation from the applicant.

The City Enterprise Department carries out the following activities with the application: registration, review or returning it unreviewed, asking explanations and additional information or for application supplementation or amendment, declaring the application and the applicant to be suitable, evaluation of suitable applications, approval or denial of applications and aid allocation.
