Compensation for the heat energy price increase

Compensation is paid to citizens of Tallinn, verified by the Population Register, (dwelling owner, possessor or tenant) whose average net income of a family member per month during the first (October-December) and second part (January-April) of the heating period is less than the net wage of the minimum wage (currently 3909 EEK). Heat energy price increase is calculated for 18 square metres of the total area of the dwelling per person and additionally for 15 square metres per family.
