How to avoid payment difficulties?

To abstain from financial difficulties, you should always carefully weigh the necessity and purpose of taking a loan. Before taking a loan, make sure you understand all of your obligations and assess your payment capability. Avoid taking high interest loans. In the case of multiple loans, the one with the highest interest rate should be paid off first. In the case of temporary or permanent insolvency (temporary or permanent insolvency may be caused by loss or change of a job, illness, etc.), contact your loan manager as soon as possible to find the best possible solution for your further payments.

In addition, it is always worthwhile to save money. Periodically setting aside small sums of money is a good way to prevent payment difficulties.

How will a debt advisor help?

A debt advisor will hear out their client and assess their debt situation. A consultation requires that the advisor knows the amount of their client's debt as well as their financial situation. For this, the debt advisor will give their client instructions for compiling a household budget. On the basis of the client's income, expenses and debt, the debt advisor will assess their situation and help find possible solutions. If necessary, debt advisors will help their client communicate with creditors, bailiffs, public institutions and other relevant parties and institutions.

What is debt counselling?

Debt counselling is a free social service meant to help improve the financial situation of struggling individuals or families.

It is important to encourage people to find solutions to their debts.

Housing loans which have apartments as collateral, consumer loans, car leases, SMS loans and difficulties paying utility and electricity bills. These problems can become especially severe if someone in the family loses their job. Many debtors are afraid and ignorant and scared of asking for help with their problems. If you feel like this applies to you, you should seek out a debt advisor.

A debt advisor will not pay the debtor's debts; however, they are supportive and helpful, showing customers what their choices are moving forwards and what each choice will entail.
