Come to Harju 13. Leave the construction project or plan to the security desk where it will be registered. Construction projects and plans are accepted every workday at the security desk from 9.00-12.00 and 14.00-16.00.
 
Result
The results of review of the construction project or plan will be communicated to the contact data that you gave. The construction project or plan will be returned with notes regarding to what needs to be rectified or what will be approved.
