A resident whose place of residence, according to the Population Register, has been Tallinn, for at least one year, during the period, right before the application was submitted, whose place of residence during the time the application is submitted is, according to the Population Register, located in Tallinn's public paid parking area and whose forename and surname are on the registration certificate of the motor vehicle, has the right to obtain the annual card for 600 EEK, to park the car in usage in the region of place of residence, or the persons living in Pirita can obtain a seasonal card (from May 15th until September 15th) for 100 EEK. If the resident uses or owns multiple vehicles the owner has the right to receive only one annual card (in case of resident of Pirita, a seasonal card). The parking card is electronic. Transport Department will decide on granting the annual card or seasonal card to the applicant, by including the vehicle's registration number, the permit's validity period and parking region, on the permit. Electronic parking card is kept in the register of the Tallinn Transport Department and it is not exhibited on vehicles. (Close)
