Parking permit for a person living in the City Centre

Processing of applications for a resident's parking permit. Annual and seasonal cards for residents are applied and issued online. A resident whose place of residence, according to the Population Register, has been Tallinn, for at least one year, during the period, right before the application was submitted, whose place of residence during the time the application is submitted is, according to the Population Register, located in Tallinn's public paid parking area and whose forename and surname are on the registration certificate of the motor vehicle, has the right to obtain the annual card for 600 EEK, to park the car in usage in the region of place of residence, or the persons... Personal identification
Identify yourself using the following possibilities:
- the ID-card
- Mobile-ID
- authentication service provided by Swedbank, SEB Bank or AS Eesti Krediidipank.
 
What to do with the form
1. The card applicant is displayed the place of residence according to the data in the Population Register and the conditions for permit application.
2. Input the registration plate of the car for which you want the parking permit.
3. Write (informally) where you want the parking place.
4. Submit the application.
 
Application reception confirmation



  1. The submitted application will be reviewed by the official.





  2. The official will send the response either by SMS or e-mail. The application will be approved or denied.





  3. 3. Payment deadline for the citizen’s annual card is 10 days, after the application has been approved by the Tallinn Transport Department.





  4. If the payment is not done by deadline, the application will become invalid.



 
Payment
1. When the application is approved log in once more at http://www.parkimine.ee/ and pay for the parking permit.
2. To pay for the
parking permit click on the Internet bank or payment order button that you need that are available on the "Minu parkimisload" (My parking permits) page.
3. Pay for the citizen's annual card that you applied for.
4. The parking rights becomes valid immediately after paying through the bank link.
5. Note! After the bank link payment be sure to click to the button "Tagasi kaupmehe juurde” (Back to the trader). You will receive final confirmation for your parking right activation.
6. Note! When paying by transfer, the parking right becomes valid the next workday following the payment and you will receive notification by e-mail or SMS.
7.The user can pay for the permits that have not yet been paid for.
 
Result
1. The citizen can view his/her parking permits on the page http://www.parkimine.ee/.
2. The user sees all the permits and detailed information about them.
 
What to do when the result is unsatisfactory:

Where to start
Submit an (informal) application to the Tallinn Transport Department to receive the electronic citizen's annual card.
 
Personal identification

What to do with the form
1. Include in the application:
- the applicant’s fore- and surname;
- the applicant’s personal identification code;
- to receive the SMS-notice, also the applicant's mobile number;
- the car’s registration plate for which the annual citizen’s card is applied for;
- the parking region where the parking place is applied for.

Application reception confirmation
The application will be reviewed by an official. The official will send the response by SMS or e-mail. The application will be approved or denied.
 
Result

- the applicant’s personal identification code;
- to receive the SMS-notice, also the applicant's mobile number;
- the car’s registration plate for which the annual citizen’s card is applied for;
- the parking region where the parking place is applied for.

2. Give the application to a customer service employee.

  1. The submitted application will be reviewed by an official.





  2. The official will send the answer by SMS or e-mail.





  3. The application will be approved or denied.





  4. If the application is approved, the official issues a payment order to the applicant.


 
Payment



  1. Pay for the citizen's parking permit in the bank.




  2. Note! When paying by transfer, the parking right becomes valid the next workday following the payment and you will receive notification by e-mail or SMS.


  3. The user can pay for the permits that have not yet been paid for.
