Construction works that includes changes to roads and pavements in the area of cultural and environmental value, immovable monument and immovable monument protection area must be coordinated with Tallinn Cultural Heritage Department. In the area of cultural and environmental value you need to apply additionally for works permit for which the form is available here. In the immovable monument protection area you need to apply additionally for works permit for which the form is available here.

The submitted project documentation will be reviewed within a month.
Issuance of permit or denial will be decided within two weeks.
