Permit to build a fire

Making a fire in a public space is permitted only with prior approval from Tallinn Environmental Department, except on a fire site, that has been properly marked in a public space and constructed by City Government. Tallinn Environmental Department issues a permit, for making a fire in a public space, in writing. Fires can be made in one's own garden if the requirements of the following legislation are taken into account.
