1. Applying for a temporary closure of a street - study
2. Use the institution's form to compose the application. The sample is available here.
3. Compile a traffic scheme in scale M1:500.
4. Come to Vabaduse väljak 10a, sixth floor – Traffic Service.
 
Personal identification
Have an identity document with you.
 
What to do with the form
1. Give the traffic scheme to the specialist of the specific region.
2. Submit the approved traffic scheme and appliction to the permit's registrator.
 
Application registration
Permit for closing off the stree temporarily is registered in the documentation system of Tallinn Transport Department that can be viewed via the immediate information webpage.
 
Payment
The taxpayer is obliged to pay the tax sum to the tax administrator's bank accpunt within 30 days since receiving the tax decision.
 
Result
Permit to temporarily close off a street.
 
What to do when the result is unsatisfactory:
Rectify the traffic scheme deficiencies and submit for a review.
