Fill out the application form. Submit the application to the official, providing the service.
 
What to do with the form
Submit to a customer service employee at the information room at desk 2.
 
Application registration
The application must bear the applicant's signature.
 
Result
Review of the application for design requirements and issuance or non-issuance of design conditions. Approval of a duly drafted construction project., in the field of roads and utility networks, that has been submitted for processing after the design conditions have been made public. In case of project denial, the person is notified of the deficiencies at http://tpr.tallinn.ee/tpr/
