The final result is that it is possible to login to the Register of Plans of Tallinn with the ID-card or the username. It is possible to study procedures in the register that are of interest to the person.

When the person has logged in to the Register of Plans of Tallinn with username and password (or the ID-card) but if the information about interesting procedures is insufficient it is probably due to the fact the person and the specific procedure have not been linked. To have these links, send an application with the person's name and procedure(s) to kaido.kytt [ät] tallinnlv.ee

Based on the application for a username and password for the Register of Plans of Tallinn, a username and password will be generated for the applicant.

The administrator of the Register of Plans of Tallinn sends the username and password information to the applicant's e-mail address.
