Registration of a construction initiation notification

Submitting of a written notification before the construction initiation.

Where to start
The owner of the building submits a notification on construction initiation, using a suitable form, to the local administration, at least three days before the construction works start.
 
Personal identification
Have an identity document with you.
 
What to do with the form
The start of construction works is recorded during office hours in the construction inspection section at Vabaduse väljak 7, room 221. Have the filled out construction initiation notification and the construction permit project with you. In case of small buildings the construction initiation registration is not necessary.
 
Result
During the registration of the construction works, the official of the construction supervision authority schedules regular reviews and issues the construction sheet.
