- name and postal address, - clearly described contents, - explanation and if possible, then also proof (additional documentation), - data of the representative, - signature - the manner, how the answer should be delivered.
You should receive a notice to your contact address, whether the sending of the memorandum/explanation application was successful or not.
Result
The letter is registered in the administrative agency where it was addressed to. You can view the status of the application in the menu "MINU AVALDUSED" (My applications).
