To apply for the benefit you need to submit an informal application that is addressed to Boris Dubovik, the head of the heritage conservation section of Tallinn Cultural Heritage Department. The application must have information on the work for which the benefit is applied for. Add price offers for work execution from at least three companies or persons with heritage conservation activity license. The applications will be reviewed by a commission that convenes in February. In case of budgetary reserves the commission can convene at some other time and according to need, to review the applications that have been submitted within the year. The decision will be communicated to the applicant within two weeks, following the decision day, by phone or e-mail.
