The authorised person can execute a checking according to the service contract, concluded between the water undertaking and the client. In case of entry tube leak, a corresponding report will be drafted by a person, authorized by the city government, or by the representative of the water undertaking who executed the check, according to which the water undertaking has the right to cut off the water to the registered immovable.
