Submitting an opinion to the permit for special use of water

Apply for thepermit for a special use of water from the Harju County office of the Environmental Board. To issue the permit for a special use water, the Environmental Board will ask for a written opinion from Tallinn Environmental Department. The permit will be issued by the Harju County office of the Environmental Board.
