Submitting an opinion to the application of ambient air pollution permit

Apply for the ambient air pollution permit from the Harju County office of the Environmental Board. To issue the ambient air pollution permit, the Environmental Board will ask for a written opinion from Tallinn Environmental Department. The permit will be issued by the Harju County office of the Environmental Board
