Choose Info/teenus (information/service) -- Projekteerimistingimused (Design conditions). By clicking the button ”Uus algatamise taotlus/teatis" (Application for new initiation/notice) an empty application for design conditions will be generated. Fill out all required fields. The system checks the input of obligatory information automatically and notifies the applicant of missing data.

The system regisrates the application.

|
After the application has been submitted, an application proceeding follows. The officail will contact the applicant.
