1. Grants are regulated by the Procedure for issuing grants for non-profit activity that entered into force on 1 January 2017
2. Forms of applications and reports can be located in the folder Forms (Vormid).
3. As a general rule, applications are submitted in the self-service environment.
4. If support is being applied for from several municipal organisations within the framework of one project, the application is submitted to just one organisation, with other municipal organisations and the amounts applied for being listed. What to do with the form

Result

1. The head of the department will decide, based on the committee's recommendation, whether to approve or deny the benefit.
2. A contract on benefit for non-profit making activites will be concluded with the applicant or a notice of denial will be sent.
3. The department will receive the report within one month after the activity for which the benefit was granted has ended.

What to do when the result is unsatisfactory:

According to the Administrative Procedure Act the applicant has the right to submit a challenge to the directive or a complaint to Tallinn Administrative Court (Pärnu mnt 7, Tallinn 15082) within 30 days, following the communication of the directive.
