What to do with the form

Application reception confirmation

You should receive an automatic notice to your contact address, confirming the acceptance of the form.

Result

1. The head of the department will decide, based on the committee's recommendation, whether to approve or deny the aid.
2. A contract on aid for non-profit making activites will be concluded with the applicant or a notice of denial will be sent.
3. The department will receive the report within one month after the activity for which the aid was granted has ended.List of allocated aids wil be published on the department's webpage.

What to do when the result is unsatisfactory:

Pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act it is possible to submit a challenge to the directive or to contest it in Tallinn Administrative Court (Pärnu mnt 7, Tallinn 15082) within 30 days since the directive has been communicated.
