What to do with the form

Additional material for the application is:
1. Certification from the Tax Board verifying that there are no tax arrears.
2. Copy of the statutes of the applicant.
3. List of the applicant's members.
4. A copy of the lease contract for the office the applicant uses or a copy of a document confirming the right of use or ownership of some other office.
5. The applicant's management report from the previous year (list five most important youth projects).
6. The applicant’s financial report for previous year.
7. The applicant's activity plan for this and next year.If the applicant cannot submit any of the additional documents, the applicant has to explain why the document cannot be added.

Application reception confirmation

You ahould receive a notice to your e-mail address that confirms the acceptance of the application.

Result

    1. The head of the department decides, based on the committee's proposal, whether to approve or deny the benefit.
    2. An benefit allocation contract will be conclude with the applicant or a denial notice will be sent to the applicant.
    3. The benefitapplicant has to submit a report on how the benefit was used along with the expense receipts within (one) month, after the benefit period has ended, according to the confirmed form.
    4. List of granted benefits will be published on the department’s webpage.

What to do when the result is unsatisfactory:

The applicant has the right to submit a challenge to the directive of the head of Tallinn City Enterprise Department through the Tallinn City Enterprise Department (Vabaduse väljak 7, 15199 Tallinn), to Tallinn City Government or a complaint to Tallinn Administrative Court (Pärnu mnt 7, Tallinn 15082) within 30 days, following the delivery of the directive.
