Income dependent benefits

Income-depended aid is entitled to apply to persons whose family net income for the first family member is less than the current minimum wage rate (EUR 470) and  for each additional family member 80% less than the current minimum wage rate. Have with you an identity document and documents that confirm the income of persons living on the same address.

What to do with the form

Submit it to your local social welfare depatrtment.

Result

The benefit is allocated within ten days of the time the documents were submitted. Denial will be communicated to the applicant within five days.

What to do when the result is unsatisfactory:

The district elder solves disputes related to the service provision. It is possible to contact the City Government or the county governor if one does not agree with the district elder's administrative legislation.
