Nonstop care

Service is provided up to 12 adults at a time, who have special needs due to severe or permanent psychological disorders and who correspond to the following criteria:- learning disability- at least an 80% loss of work capability- severe or profound disability- rehabilitation activity plan includes a recommendation for forwarding the person to nonstop care service. The service includes:- customer guidance and assistance to perform necessary daily activities- meals three times a day- engagement into activating activities - ensuring the customer’s safety constantly- adherence to treatment instructions of the health services provider incl. to treatment plan.

1. Select the type of applying:

A person who wants a referral to receive the service must have a rehabilitation plan, incl. the need for a special individual in order to receive this service. If the person has a valid rehabilitation plan, the person must submit an application for service referral together with documents listed on the application to a case manager of the local district pension office of the Social Insurance Board.
