Parking permit for an electric car

A parking charge exemption in the city centre zone in the public for-fee parking area in Tallinn applies to drivers whose vehicle has carbon dioxide emissions (CO2 emissions) of zero grams per kilometre. In particular, a carbon dioxide emissions-free car refers to a car powered fully by an electric motor, concerning which a relevant entry has been made on the certificate of registration of the vehicle. To receive a charge exemption, an application should be submitted to the Tallinn Transport Department. Charge exemption is proven by means of a relevant electronic dispensation issued by the Tallinn Transport Department.
