The name of the green area between Liikuri and Arbu Street comes from the fact that the wind never stops blowing there. The artificial hills that have also been built are used as chutes in winter. The recreation ground includes playgrounds for children and seats for elders.

The three hectare Field of Winds was finished in 2004.
