The first and foremost aim is to listen to the issues and problems of the clients and at the same time to counsel them in all social issues, starting from impairment related problems (benefits, impairment typing, etc.) to pensions and providing overviews and contacts of necessary state and local institutions while referring them to third sector associations uniting support groups.
