The
Tallinn Card allows unlimited free transport on Tallinn’s buses (up to No 96), trolleys and trams.
It’s valid on any vehicle marked with the ticket system’s logo. Most public transport needed for travelling to Tallinn Card destinations departs from Vabaduse väljak (Freedom Square) or the terminal underneath the Viru Keskus shopping centre.
Note! Your valid Tallinn Card functions as a public transport smartcard. Validate your card by placing it onto the orange card readers (inside all vehicles near all entrances) at the start of each journey. A yellow light indicates that the information on your card is being processed. If your card is valid, you'll see a green light. Otherwise a red light will be displayed. Passengers travelling with false tickets or without tickets will be fined.
