Tondiloo park is situated in the green belt between Linnamäe, Kivila and Kärberi Street. The park is one part of Lasnamäe’s green area that passes through the city district area from Kadriorg to the landscape game reserve of Pirita’s river dale.

The area with it’s large farmstead arable land has historically been under the jurisdiction of Kuristiku Village. The construction of the park was started in 2003 and has been expanded and arranged every year since. The park includes also roads for pedestrians, cyclists and skaters. Different trysting places have been founded, e.g a rosarium, sports grounds and playgrounds .Youngsters have a chance to play basketball and use the skate park.
