Training grant for apartment associations

The budget of the measure in 2018 is 18,000 euros,

of which, 2 305 euros are allocated for grant payments, 400 euros are reserved for applications being processed, and 15 295 euros are listed as available resources.

 

The procedure of allocation of training grants to apartment associations was approved by Regulation No. 4 of the Tallinn City Council of 8 February 2018 (RT IV, 16.02.2018, 26).

The grant is designed for the apartment associations located in the territory of the city of Tallinn. The maximum amount of the training grant paid to one apartment association per year amounts to up to 130 euros. The trainings organised by the Estonian Union of Co-operative Housing Associations or the Estonian Property Management and Maintenance Union which have been organised in the year in which the application is filed are applicable for the grant.

The grant can be applied for after participation in the training and payment of the invoices filed for the training.

    The following documents are enclosed to the application:

    1. A CERTIFICATE issued by the trainer confirming participation in the training;
    2. EXPENSE RECEIPTS (invoices and payment orders verifying payments);
    3. A LETTER OF AUTHORISATION if the application is submitted by an authorised person;

    The application is signed by following the requirements of the rights of representation specified in the B card of the commercial register.

    Result

    The decision on whether or not to allocate the grant is made within 10 days after the verification of the information.

    The grant is transferred within 21 days after the decision to allocate the grant is made.

    Training grants are paid if the required resources are available in the budget.
