Answering to an information inquiry

Organisation of answering to information inquiry.

  • Use your ID-card to log in at the Register of Documents of Administrative Agencies of Tallinn, choose „Teabenõude esitamine" (Information inquiry reqest) and fill out the form's fields.

    Personal identification

    Sign the information inquiry.

    Result

    The information inquiry will be registered at the administrative agency it was addressed to. The status of the inquiry inquiry can be monitored from the menu „Dokumentide kataloog" (Catalogue of Documents).

    What to do when the result is unsatisfactory:

    Rectify the deficiencies of the information inquiry and submit a recurring inquiry.

  • Write an information inquiry. Ensure that the information request includes the folloing data:
    - your name and postal address
    - data of the requested document (addressee, topic or title, registration number if possible and date)
    - how the response should be delivered

    Result

    The information inquiry will be accepted, processed and forwarded to a specialist of the given field. The information inquiry will be answered qithin 5 workdays at latest. The information inquiry denial will also be communicated within five days.

  • Come to the administrative agency you wanted (phone book).

    What to do with the form

    Give the customer service employee the data of the document that is needed (adressee, topic or title, registration number if possible and date).

    Result

    The document has been released or the information inquiry has been accepted, registered and forwarded for response.

    What to do when the result is unsatisfactory:

    Notify the head of a structural unit of unsatisfactory service.
