Result
1. The head of the department will decide, based on the committee's recommendation, whether to approve or deny the benefit.
2. A contract on benefit for non-profit making activites will be concluded with the applicant or a notice of denial will be sent.
3. The department will receive the report within one month after the activity for which the benefit was granted has ended.
List of granted benefits will be published here.
What to do when the result is unsatisfactory:
According to the Administrative Procedure Act the applicant has the right to submit a challenge to the directive or a complaint to Tallinn Administrative Court (Pärnu mnt 7, Tallinn 15082) within 30 days, following the communication of the directive.
