Conformity certification for a sports facility

Issuance of conformity certifications to stadiums, sports halls, pools, sports halls and other specific sports buildings (having conformity certification is the basis for applying sports building benefit. The aim of the conformity certification is to guarantee that the sports facility which is located in the administrative territory of Tallinn and is specially constructed or adapted for sports, conforms to necessary conditions, required to organize sports activities).

    What to do with the form

    Application reception confirmation

    You should receive a notice to your e-mail address that confirms the acceptance of the application

    Result

    1. After receiving the recommendation from the committee, the department director will decide on whether to issue or deny the certification.
    2. The department will communicate the issuance or denial of the certificate to the applicant over the phone, via mail or e-mail.


    What to do when the result is unsatisfactory:

    Pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act it is possible to submit a challenge to the directive or to contest it in Tallinn Administrative Court (Pärnu mnt 7, Tallinn 15082) within 30 days since the directive has been communicated.
