Excavation permit

Excavation permit is issued for excavation works on a public road, square or greenery (excl. cemetery) of the city of Tallinn. The criteria for the application of an excavation permit are described in the Excavation Rules of the city of Tallinn .

    Login to the operational information web page with an ID card or by using mobile ID.

    Result

    The excavation permit is issued in electronic form.

In there is a detour, then a legal document concerning its review and approved by the Tallinn Transport Department. 1.7. Work schedule, signed and stamped by the excavator and subcontractor (restorer). 1.8. Certification (letter of guarantee) that ensures the existence of materials, workforce and mechanisms and financing during the excavation works and suitable restoration of the excavation course and its surroundings to the extent of the excavation course (covering that has been destroyed with longitudinal excavation is restored correspondingly with the cross-sectional width of a pavement or road), certified by the excavator and the subcontractor (restorer) with signatures and stamps. 1.9. The person’s passport (the excavator's representative) who has been authorized by the excavator. 1.10. Legislative document for emergency (for registering excavation permit for emergency excavation)
