Inspection follow-up allowance

This is an allowance for activities to be carried out following a technical inspection of balconies and porch roofs of apartment buildings.

Budget of the measure in 2020 90 000-

The purpose of the inspection follow-up allowance is to support the necessary construction work as outlined in the technical inspection report on the balconies and porch roofs of apartment buildings. The maximum rate of the allowance is 10% of the total cost of construction work but not more than 10,000 euros per apartment building.

The grant of inspection follow-up allowance to apartment associations is governed by Regulation No. 26 of 12 December 2019 of Tallinn City Council on “Rules for Granting Allowances to Apartment Associations”. The text as published in Riigi Teataja is available here. The allowance is intended for apartment associations within the territory of the City of Tallinn.

The inspection follow-up allowance can be requested after receiving the inspection allowance and the completion of construction work listed in the technical inspection report on the balconies and porch roofs of the apartment building.

This allowance is available for apartment buildings that have been constructed and occupied before 1993.

III. Instrument of delivery of work signed by a representative of the applicant and a representative of the contractor
