  • Use ID card or Mobile ID to enter state portal www.eesti.ee and complete an application (Main pageE-servicesFor a citizenThe State and the Citizen Citizen application (Tallinn)) and choose Transport Department as the recipient of the application.

    Personal identification

    You can track the status of the application by means of document register of various institutions of Tallinn.

    Result

    Your application has been accepted for processing and you will be notified at the first possible opportunity.

Come to the city transport section of Tallinn Transport Department at Harju tn. 13 , fourth floor – taxi and small bus traffic related issues.3. Come to the city transport section of the Tallinn Transport Department, bus terminal of Viru Keskus, Viru väljak sixth floor – issues relating to checking of documents certifying the right to use public tranport.4. Fill out the application if necessary.
