Processing of applications and proposals - traffic

Traffic applications, proposals and complaints will be reviewed, settled and answers given within 30 days.
  • Log in with the ID-card at http://tallinnadhs.ml.ee/atp/?id=1278, follow instructions and fill out fields.

    Personal identification

    To submit the application, log in with your ID-card.

    What to do with the form

    Address the application to the Tallinn Transport Department.

    Application registration

    The application will be registered in the documentation management system of the Tallinn Transport Department. The application's status can be viewed in the menu „MINU AVALDUSED" (MY APPLICATIONS).

    Application reception confirmation

    You should receive an automatic notice to your contact address, confirming the acceptance of the form. If you don't receive the note, then contact the Tallinn Transport Department. Call to 640 4618 or 640 4308.

    Result

    The application, proposal or complaint will be reviewed, the issue will be settled and the sender will be notified of the results of the review and solution within 30 days.

    What to do when the result is unsatisfactory:

    Write the application again or make a query to the Tallinn Transport Department. Call to 640 4618 or 640 4308.
