Responses to memoranda and requests for explanations

Reception of memoranda and requests for explanations and organising responses.

  • Log in with the ID-card at http://tallinnadhs.ml.ee/atp/?id=1278, follow the instructions and fill te fields. Ensure that the memorandum or explanation application includes the following data:

    - name and postal address,
    - clearly described contents,
    - explanation and if possible, then also proof (additional documentation),
    - data of the representative,
    - signature
    - the manner, how the answer should be delivered.

    Personal identification

    Log in with the ID-card at http://tallinnadhs.ml.ee/atp/?id=1278, follow the instructions and fill the fields.

    Result

    The letter is registered in the administrative agency where it was addressed to. You can view the status of the application in the menu "MINU AVALDUSED" (My applications).

    What to do when the result is unsatisfactory:

    Write the application or memorandum again.

  • Write the application or memorandum. Ensure that the memorandum or explanation application includes the following data:

    - name and postal address,
    - clearly described contents,
    - explanation and if possible, then also proof (additional documentation),
    - data of the representative,
    - signature
    - the manner, how the answer should be delivered.

    Personal identification

    Sign the application or memorandum digitally, using the ID-card.

    What to do with the form

    Send it to the e-mail of an appropriate administrative agency or official. The address book is available here.

    Result

    The memorandum or application has been accepted, registered and forwarded for response.

    What to do when the result is unsatisfactory:

    Write the application or memorandum again or notify the head of a structural unit of unsatisfactory service.
