Benefit for non-profit making activites in the field of social welfare
Supporting social welfare activities (easing the livelihoods of children and families with children, people with disabilities, the elderly and other target groups as well as alleviating livelihood difficulties). The deadlines for project applications in 2022 are 25 January, 25 March, 25 May, 31 August and 31 October.

Where to start
To fill in and submit the application form, project description and budget, go to the self-service environment.

If support is requested from more than one city authority within the framework of a single project, the application shall be submitted for only one authority and shall list the other city authorities and the amounts requested.

Result
The head of the department decides by order on the basis of the commission’s proposal whether or not to award a grant.
In the case of a positive decision, a grant agreement will be signed with the applicant. In the case of a negative decision, a formal notification will be sent to the applicant.

When the result is unsatisfactory
In case of disagreement with the order of the Tallinn Social and Health Board, the Applicant may submit an appeal to the City Government within 30 days of the day on which they became aware or should have become aware of the order.
If the result of the dispute resolution procedure is not satisfactory to the Applicant, they have the right to appeal to the Administrative Court under the conditions and in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Code of Administrative Court Procedure. An appeal may also be brought before an Administrative Court without having filed an complaint.
