Technology competence centers
Technology Competence centres are knowledge-based organisations focused on long-term cooperation between universities and businesses, which are created with the help of the public sector. These centres deal with the development of new technologies and the top specialists working in the centre seek new and innovative solutions in the areas important to the partner companies. During 2014-2020 six state-financed competence centres are operating in Estonia, of which many are also cluster partners:
- Competence Center of Food and Fermetation Technologies
- Bio-Competence Centre of Healthy Dairy Products
- ELIKO Technology Competence Centre
- Software Technology and Applicatios Competence Center
- Competence Centre on Health Technologies
- Innovative Manufactoring Engineering Systems Competence Centre
