The election information leaflet is sent to the voter no later than 23 February 2023, once the voter is on the electoral roll. In order for the information leaflet to reach the voter, he/she must have his/her residence data corrected by 3 February 2023 at the latest, as the Ministry of the Interior compiles the electoral rolls on the basis of the data in the Population Register as at 3 February 2023. The Election Information Leaflet sets out the conditions for voting and how to vote.
The leaflet is sent to voters either electronically or on paper. The information leaflet will be sent electronically to people who have forwarded their official e-mail address in the eesti.ee environment, while the rest of the voters will receive the information leaflet in paper form at the address of their place of residence according to the population register.
