Information sheet

Information sheet

The election information sheet is sent out to voters no later than 30 May 2024, once the voter has been entered into the list of voters. To ensure that the information sheet reaches you, please update your place of residence no later than 10 May 2024 since the Ministry of Interior will compose a list based on the Population Registry as of 10 May. The terms and conditions of voting rights and the options to vote are presented on the election information sheet.

The information sheet will be sent either electronically or on paper. The information sheet will be sent electronically to those who have set up automatic forwarding from their official e-mail to their personal e-mail on the website, the rest will receive an information sheet on paper at their address of residence.

By 27 May 2024, information on voting can also be found on the e-population registry website

The election information sheet is informative and does not need to be taken with you to the polling station.

If you have not received an election information sheet by 30 May 2024, you should check your election information on the e-population registry website or contact the district administration where you live.

If you are not on the list of voters because you do not have a registered place of residence, you must submit an application to the local city district administration to update your registry information and be added to the list of voters, along with a notice of residence. The civil registrar will review the application together with the person who prepares the list of voters and will get back to you as soon as possible.
