Tallinn city crisis measures for economic operators (31  August 2021)

According to the regulation approved by the City Government, from September 1 to the end of the year, the 80% rental discount will continue to be granted to tenants of commercial premises in the City Centre who rent city property for catering, trade, services or entertainment. According to the regulation, the 100% rent exemption will continue to be granted to outdoor terraces throughout the city until the end of the year. Lisa (est)

10.03.2021 100% rent exemption on city premises extends across the city

On 22 October 2020, the Tallinn City Government approved the Tallinn city business environment aid measures to mitigate the negative impact of the state of emergency. The aid measures are primarily aimed at economic operators that have contractual relationships with the city or that affect the local government operations.

On 21 December 2020, the Tallinn City Government approved the Tallinn city business environment aid measures to mitigate the negative impact of the state of emergency. 
The concessions of Aid Package 2 shall remain in force until the end of April 2021. The new aid package provides the possibility to also grant concessions outside of the City Centre.
