Objective:
Intelligent Community Forum is a global network of cities and regions that aims to help solve social problems and improve the quality of the environment and management in cities and communities using IT solutions.
Tallinn has been named one of the 21 most intelligent communities in the world in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2013 and 2020. We have also reached the top seven in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2013.
