The park is located at 1 Abja põik in Kose district and was established in 2002. The park has a children’s playground on a sandy basis surrounded by a net fence, a basket­ball court of asphalt surfacing. Benches and trash bins are located near the playgrounds. Varsaallika (Foal Spring’s) stream flows on the verge of the park. Large and firm common oaks grow in the park. In addition to this common bird cherries, common maples, grey and black alder‑trees can be found in the park. The bushes include common lilac and mountain pine.
